Is web hosting inclusive of the web design & development service?

Yes. We provide free 1 year web hosting for our website development service. It will be hosted on one of our existing web hosting server accounts.

Kindly do take note of the renewal fees for the subsequent year.

Can I use my own web hosting instead?

Yes. We encourage our clients to subscribe to their own web hosting services so that they can enjoy the flexibility and ownership of their account. We will set up the website on your own web hosting account at no extra cost.

I need additional pages for my website. How much do you charge?

We need to understand what type of pages you need. Kindly contact us for quotation.

Do I need to provide images?

If you have specific images that you want us to include in the design, kindly send them over.

If you do not have, we will work with stock images that are copyright free.

Important Note - If you are sending personal or product images to us:

Please only send images in .PNG format (ie. without background).

Can I send you my logo to be include in the design?

Yes. You can send us your logo if you wish to include in the design.

If you do not have a logo, we will use a text title to substitute it. (Alternative you can check out our Logo Design service)

Does the website development service comes with content writing?

The website development packages are not inclusive of content writing. Buyer will have to provide their own content for the website.

If your content aren't ready yet, we will fill the up empty blanks with dummy text for the time being. Once your content is ready, we will replace your content with the dummy text.

PS/: If you require content writing, we provide content writing services by highly-trained writers as add-on service. Kindly contact us for a quotation.

What are the payment terms?

We collect 50% before we commence, and balance 50% when the website is completed.
